The Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) was established in July 1972 by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MLSA) as a professional institution that helps Bahrain’s Engineers to contribute substantially to the development and modernization of Bahrain. BSE has vast experience in the organisation of international conferences, seminars and workshops on various subjects in the engineering arena.

The AMPP Dhahran – Saudi Arabia Chapter represents the regional presence of the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP), the world’s largest community of corrosion and coatings professionals. The chapter is committed to advancing materials performance and protecting critical assets through education, credentialing, innovation, and standardization. Focused on building a safer and more sustainable future, the Dhahran Chapter actively supports industry professionals in Saudi Arabia by organizing technical events, training sessions, and outreach programs that promote best practices in corrosion prevention and asset integrity management.
